Ready to Join in the Journey?

Join us in September 2026 in-person or virtually to run and inspire the next generation.

All in-person and virtual athletes must register and commit to raising $200–which will go to the 9.11 Promise charity.

Our goal is to raise $100,000 with 100% of that money going to our amazing scholarship recipients.

Supporting the Next Generation

My father was a first responder on September 11, 2001 in New York City ...I cannot express how grateful I am, as well as my family is for the people that helped to organize the 9.11 Promise scholarship, as well as the runners.

– Julian Ramano, Penn State University

It is nice to know that there are other kids who have experienced similar things that I have. It is also comforting to know that so much of my school costs will be covered.

– Emma Yarton, Raritan Valley Community College

I am beyond thrilled and honored to have been awarded the 9/11 Promise Scholarship towards my tuition as I continue my journey at the University of Michigan to be a registered nurse. I am a proud child of a first responder (FDNY) and your contribution towards my education has been nothing short of a blessing.

– Colleen Kelly, University of Michigan
